Dear Sir,
I have just recently purchased an AV176+ Scanner and unable to see it in the System Preferences Printer dialogue to mount it. I have been told by my computer advisor that as the AV176+ is a very new scanner, the drivers are not available as yet. I am running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and the latest version of Devonthink Pro Office version 2.2.1. Are you able to assist me please. It is now 3 months since I purchased this scanner as well as the Devonthink software and I am frustrated that I can’t get it to work. I am not sure that my advisor is giving me the correct information about drivers and hence I am seeking your advice and clarification.
