Aliases should be unique. If they’re not, this can lead to confusion when using them. For example, what image would a WikiLink point to if they had the same alias? It can’t link to them all.
I have a small group of related files: a technical paper, a press release from the company, a high quality image, and maybe my interview notes from a conversation with the author.
What’s the best way to make sure that a search for one finds the others? I’ve been using an alias for this purpose, but hadn’t thought about the linking issue.
