Best practice for removing synced database from DTTG

I have a couple of databases which I’ve been syncing between DTTG (on two devices) and two Macs, using iCloud.

I’d like to keep the databases but remove them from the iOS devices.

I’m thinking I should be able to

  1. turn off syncing for these databases on the iOS devices
  2. delete them from the iOS devices

Would this work safely?

Of course.
Remember: We advocate a decentralized data model where each device is independent and has its own copy of the data but syncs to a commonly accessible location. So deleting a database on an independent machine has no effect on the others.

Brilliant, thanks.
