I am interested in any best practices folks have developed for using DTPO in an INDEXING scenario.
Since saving directly to DTPO will cause an import to occur, when using indexing, it is necessary to save a document in the appropriate file system folder hierarchy directly.
It is then necessary to periodically SYNCHRONIZE the folder structure with DTPO to enable classification, etc.
I’d like to hear how folks are doing this, especially how they are causing the SYNC to happen. I’m new to Automator and AppleScript, so a step by step, or even sharing an existing script would be appreciated.
