Big Sur: Permission errors when importing via Mail Plugin

Hi everyone. I’ve just upgraded to a new MacBook Pro running Big Sur (clean install). I’ve installed DT3 and copied across my old databases and configuration from my old machine (Catalina), as detailed in other posts on this forum.

I have the Apple Mail plugin installed, and I have some rules in Apple Mail which automatically import certain attachments to DT3. Whenever one of these rules trigger on my new machine, I get the attached error message:

I assume I’m dealing with a problem relating to the labyrinthine new permissions system. Any idea how I can get this to work again?

Did you enable full disk access for DEVONthink 3 in System Preferences > Security?

I did not. I didn’t realise that this was the recommended security configuration for DT3, but I see now on your website that it is. Thanks, and sorry for asking a stupid question, in that case! :slight_smile:
