block popups is set, I want to allow popups

I’m trying to directly import my online statements into DTPO via a web capture. Copy/paste from the site doesn’t work because it requires a login. So I copy the URL, Cmd-N in DTPO, enter my login credentials, all is good. But the statements are in pop-up windows and JS is on, but I can’t figure out how to manually allow pop-ups?

DEVONthink/note do not yet support pop-up windows and therefore the options are disabled.
