Bonjour has stopped syncing the Inbox. Other Databases still fine

  1. No. DEVONthink databases are never stored in the cloud. Raw sync data used by DEVONthink and DEVONthink To Go is stored in an intermediary location when using a non-Bonjour sync. Bonjour syncs are direct connections - device-to-device.
  2. Yes you can sync between Apple mobile devices using DEVONthink To Go. And yes, it can be installed on both devices.
  3. No. Sync methods are independent of each other.
  4. Bonjour has nothing to do with Time Machine or other backup application. Sync is for keeping the same database on multiple devices running DEVONthink or DEVONthink To Go. It is not intended as a backup.
