I have been trying to install the Firefox and Chrome browser extensions, but I keep getting a message: \devontechnologies.com/redirect.php?id=download-extras Failed. When I installed the extension in Firefox from the downloads page on the website, it didn’t work, and when I tried to install it in Chrome, it said the item was not available. Have I missed something in the documentation about this?
