I am stuck in a perpetual loop trying to change the p/w in DTTG. It says touch and enter old p/w. Do that. Then it says touch enter new p/w. Do that. Then it says touch enter old p/w. Do that. Ad Infinitum. Just keeps going through a loop.
To change the PIN you need to first enter the old PIN, then the new, then the new again. No need to touch the •••••• field in-between. Just touch the •••••• field once, to give it the focus, then type in the old PIN followed by the new and again the new.
