Can´t get rid of files in Global Inbox trash

No matter what I do, I can´t get rid of these “files”. Tried everything (except rebuild database) in Help > Documentation > Troubleshooting > Repairing a defective database > Missing Files as suggested by Blufrog in an ancient post, but they just stay there.
?

  • Did you disable warning prompts?
    • If so, re-enable them in Preferences > General > General > Alerts.

Any prompt when you try to empty the Trash?

Actually there isn’t even an option to empty this trash, just the child trash. The child trash (folhas soltas) when I right click and click move to trash just goes to the Inbox icon and empty nothing…
And I see no option to disable the alerts, just to reset , that I did…and no prompts whatsoever .
Another thing I noticed is that the global inbox itself has 95 files I already moved to folders in the databases, but they stay there in the inbox and now don’t even give me the option to delete them…when I select one of them and right click, no option to delete…the trash icon in the command bar is greyed out…so wierd…it´s like these are all ghosts…

Your Global Inbox has permissions issues, as indicated by the crossed-pencil icon. I know you have an unusual setup so I’m unsurprised by this. Reopen your support ticket and we’ll go from there.
