Can the "file" action move to a different DT database

I’m using the smart rule action “file” to move files to an Archive folder.

Is it possible to have the “file” action move the files to a different DT database? I know there is a “move” action but I need to keep the folder structure which the “file” action allows me to do.

No, the File action will not cross database boundaries.
There should be no issue using a Move then File. The filing will just apply in the destination database after the move.

I’ve been testing out the move then file but it’s not as smooth. Works if I run it on a group but doesn’t keep the group structure when I just run it on a file that might be several levels deep.

Is there a placeholder for Quarter or This Quarter, Last Quarter?

Going to continue to experiment.
