Hi, I am new to Devonthink 2.9.3. I found I can not create a new database. When I enter the filename and hit “create”, nothing happen. What is the problem?
The problem is you are trying to create a database in a Dropbox (or other cloud-synced) folder. DEVONthink specifically disallows this behavior. You should never put your databases in a Dropbox (or other cloud-synced) folder or you could irreparably damage them. Never. If you have, you must relocate them immediately. The safest location is somewhere in ~/Documents.
