Hi, I recently deactivated the license running on my old Mac. Want to start over with a new install on a new Mac. Devices says I have 2 seats available. When I click the Activate button, Safari says “Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid.” What’s that about? How do I activate the app?
The registration link should actually launch/activate DEVONthink. Where exactly did you click the Activate button?
When you click the Activate button in your customer account it tries to open DEVONthink. You need to have DEVONthink installed or otherwise it cannot enter the license code (because there is nothing to enter it into).
