Capture website that contain github gists - can't seem to do it

Tried to capture this web site this site

and no matter what I do the gists that are part of the website is not captured.

Is this a limitation? Are there any ways around it?

This website is dynamic and loads its contents while scrolling, this isn’t compatible to automatic clipping yet.
