We have problems with certificate update on server.
Installation of p12 file not possible, because software crash after loading of certificate file.
The second option “generate self signed certificate” is greyed out.

This is not the place you should be reporting crashes.
Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket. Also, compress and attach the .p12 file for us to test here.
