Changes in log files

After I think the last update there ist a new File/Action in my Log: iCloud (CloudKit) Items left to be uploaded. It comes new every minute, how can I change that and what is the reason for the changing.

search for item:pending → made it. Thank you!

Also, don’t forget to routinely empty your database’s Trash.
