Changes to DT3 Global INBOX do not Sync

Hello,
I just noticed that new files added to the DT3 Global Inbox do not sync to other platforms, including iOS and the old DT2. Changes made in iOS or DT2 are, however, sync to DT3 Global Inbox.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

This is very strange, but I also have noticed a sync failure in the last few days, with very similar symptoms (possibly identical) to the OP’s.
