I wrote Jim and asked the same thing: here is his reply to me regarding the Chrome “Clip to Devonthink” addon no longer working in Beta 1. Me: I have not had the opportunity to read through the entire new User Manual for the beta version; this question has to do with it however. Both the Chrome Bookmarklets and the Chrome based ‘Clip to DT” addons are still pointing to DT3.
