Clip to DEVONthink icon not visible in Safari tool bar

Hello, community.

After enabling the “Clip to DEVONthink” extension in the Safari preferences, the icon only shows up for a short period then soon disappear. Don’t know whether it’s an occasional issue but it happens in all my Macs. Any help is welcomed.

That’s a Safari issue. Try rebooting the machine and see if it persists.

It still happened after rebooting.

Are you referring to DEVONthink 2 or 3?

I have the same problem. The icon appears briefly then disappears again, sometimes a few times. Only since the last update today.

Did you try to reboot the computer and/or reinstall the app?
