Hi there,
I like to use Chrome in split-screen mode on my Mac. But when I use Clip to Devonthink I get sent to my main desktop to confirm.
I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to stop that from happening. I’d like the dialog box to pop up over my browser when I’m in split-screen mode. Same thing happens in full-screen.
Thanks!
I don’t believe we have any control over the behavior.
It works in Safari.
However, @aedwards: I notice the Clip to DEVONthink window is not attached to the Sorter - when it’s docked or in the menubar. This only happens in fullscreen mode. I’m thinking it may be intentional but thoughts I’d bring it up.

Yes it is intentional in fullscreen mode.
I haven’t been able to reproduce this with Chrome, is the split screen on an external monitor?
I saw it with Maiar on the MacBook Air’s screen When clicking the browser extension button, it switches away from full screen to show the clipping panel.

I can reproduce it now. In this instance it would be better to use the “Clip to DEVONthink” hotkey which should not switch to the DEVONthink application.
