When I try to add a web page to DEVONthink (4.4.2) using the Clip to DEVONthink extension (1.5.4) in Brave, DEVONthink opens/comes to the foreground, but nothing happens. I’ve tried reinstalling the extension, but that didn’t solve it.
It’s the same with the Firefox extension.
Any suggestions what could be causing the problem?

Which Sorter appearance (see Settings > Sorter) do you use? Does it work using Safari?
The appearance is set to “Show as Menu Extra”.
The Safari extension is completely dead – nothing happens when I click on it. (It is activated.)
Does a reboot fix this? Are there multiple installed instances of DEVONthink?
It’s been like this for a while and unfortunately a reboot doesn’t fix it. I don’t remember exactly when it stopped working. Possibly after I installed macOS 27.
I only have one instance of DEVONthink installed.
Does it work using bookmarklets, see DEVONtechnologies | Handbooks and Extras?
Yes, that works! I hadn’t thought of trying that.
