The green icon for the Clip to DEVONThink extension in Chrome to the right side of the URL address bar is not visible. It only appears above the “Are you sure you want to uninstall this extension?” dialog box, but does not appear visible at any other time.
When I try to clip something using the shift-control-C key combination, here’s the error that appears:
"Unchecked runtime.lastError: Cannot access contents of the page. Extension manifest must request permission to access the respective host.”
I have tried version 1.3 and 1.4 as well as the current version 1.5 of the extension and none of these versions work. My Chrome version: Version 85.0.4183.121 (Official Build) (64-bit)
In Chrome, invoking the Print command and the Save PDF to DEVONThink script in the PDF menu does not save the URL of the web page, so if the extension doesn’t work, there’s no way I can use Chrome with DEVONThink.
