Exactly what are you uploading using what software to where?
i just cleaned cloudkit of all data and reuploaded via DT.
From the words you used, I thought something may be amiss. Meantime, hope you are progressing getting Bonjour (or other) going so that you can move on to more productive uses of DEVONthink.
