Cmd-Opt-Drag Bookmarks to Global Inbox Broken?

When I Cmd-Opt-Drag a URL to the Global Inbox in the Sorter, I get a 0KB file in the DevonThink inbox that has the web page title correct but that doesn’t have a URL attached to it (so it doesn’t take me anywhere). If I Cmd-Opt-Drag to another folder in the Sorter the bookmark seems to be created correctly. Is this a know issue? Thanks.
