Command + option + 8 changes?

Has there been changes to DT v3x to make the above keyboard in operable?

I have been using this shortcut for many years to annotate PDF text orange. Yesterday, it no longer does so.

If I change the keyboard shortcut to shift + command + 8, the orange highlight works.

I’d like to return to using my muscle memory associated with the command + option + 8 shortcut.

How do I get DT to return to allowing me to set keyboard shortcuts as I see fit?

And what did you update yesterday lately? DEVONthink doesn’t use this shortcut on its own, depending on the keyboard layout and the language it might conflict with other shortcuts though.
