Command Z in text note deletes the document

If I’m editing a text note from within the DevonThink pane, typing Command-Z deletes the document instead of the expected text undo.

I’ve always been able to get the document back but it freaks me out every time it happens. It would be great if this could be addressed somehow.

Command-Z is the keyboard shortcut for Undo.

It doesn’t Undo the complete note, but only the text added since the last Save. If Save hasn’t been pressed, the added text is only in memory and hasn’t been saved to disk.

You might want to get in the habit of periodically pressing Command-S to Save text you’ve added.
