Comparing database item counts DTTG and DT

In DTTG there is a single number (item count?) next to each of my databases.

On the Mac, in DT, there is no number next to each database, but the “Database Properties…” info has multiple stats including an overall item count at the bottom, which is a different number and doesn’t match DTTG.

How do I compare them properly to insure everything has been sync’d across?
