concordance of a file (aka 'Words')

Is there a way to get a files concordance to ignore cases? For really large documents it almost doubles the size of the concordance because about 40% of the words are capitalized in the document as well.

Is there any way to change this or make it optional?

That’s not possible right now but a future version will use a case insensitive concordance.
