Contact Page Crashes

I’ve tried sending a message using the Contact Page, using both Chrome and Safari, but it always crashes.

Any idea how I get the Black Friday discount on DT To Go when it is an AppStore-only download?

As I read the sale, it is only on purchases made in the DEVON store. I suspect that there is no discount on DTTG in the iOS app store nor on anything in the Mac app store.
