How do I convert an rtf document in DTP to rtfd?

What are you trying to achieve using this conversion? Technically an rtfd file is a directory with the additional non-text data stored in there as separate files. It is still an rtf “document”.
Thus if you add non-text data (say an image or a sound file) to an rtf file, it will be saved automatically as an rtfd file.

Thanks, I thought I had to possibly convert it first or import from TextEdit an rtfd, never dawned on me that if I just dropped an image on an rtf that it would change, life is good thank you.
