Convert to PDF, produce grey background and pale white text

The above screenshot, shows the html from which I select convert to PDF (one page). The output is the next screenshot.

The converted PDF is not readable. How do I change the default conversion to use a white background and black text as default?

The URL off the original document might be helpful.

Did you use dark mode during the conversion?

I started my mouse selection at the beginning of "

R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 194: RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE"

Then scrolled to the end of the document, and placed my cursor at the end of this line while holding shift

Reg. 332/96, s. 10; O. Reg. 575/07, s. 38 (2, 3); O. Reg. 55/12, s. 15.

Everything between these two were selected.

In Devonthink I created a new formatted note, then pasted in the body.

The formatted note looked fine (see screenshot 1)

I then selected the formatted note, right clicked, chose convert to PDF non paginated.

The result is shown in the second screenshot.

Dark mode was the issue.
I turned it off, then when DevonThink converted to PDF, the result was what I wanted.
Thank you

Could you send me a zipped copy of the document? In addition, was the dark background of documents en- or disabled? See Preferences > General > Appearance. Thank you!
