If I want to convert one or many PDF+Text files located in a group, I am accustomed to using Data | Convert | to Rich Text to create the new RTF files. Doing this now results in… nothing. DT ignores the command. I use the Activity Monitor to see what is going on, and this confirms that the answer is “nothing.” DT is on holiday. Version 3.9.8 under Sequoia.
Doesn’t convert for me as well, but I don’t expect it to - if I want the text from a pdf, I usually convert to text, then maybe convert the text to rtf and style it (font, weight, colors…)
This will be addressed in the next maintenance releases. Thanks for your patience.
