I have a question about DTPO. How can I copy files from one data base to another. It is appears that you can not have two data bases open at once?

In DEVONthink 1.x, this is done by selecting the content (groups and/or documents) to be transferred and choosing File > Export > Files & Folders. Create a new folder in the Finder that’s to temporarily hold the exported content (delete that folder after a successful transfer to the second database).
Then open the other database and choose File > Import > Files & Folders. Select either the Finder transfer folder, or ALL of its content.
These procedures retain metadata of the documents including source URLs of material captured from the Web.
