Hi,
I have all my docs in my folder Documents in iCloud. Inside Documents I have several subdirectories arrange by topics. I create a database and when try to index a subdirectory Devonthink 3 index all content from Documents folder.
I need to create one DB for each of my subdirectories.

Development may have something more to say on this, but it is not advisable to index content that exists only on the cloud. You should index local data.
What’s the path of the indexed Documents folder (see Info inspector in DEVONthink 3)?

I copied all my documents in a external drive, I created a database and index all documents from a subdirectory and DT3 index all the files correctly. But…
i) All the documents are indexed without extension, I search in preferences and I didn´t see an option to activate or deactivated to hide extension file.
ii) In one subdirectory I have 147 documents:
But in the DB only have 120
All document are MS Word, Excel, and PDF.
