Create tasks to read an article

Some time ago I modified the reminder script to remind me to read an article or paper (I duplicated the original script for OmniFocus). That is the extent of my confidence with scripts! I was just reading a post about the reading list & wondered if there were a way to create a read task automatically when adding something to the reading list. Has anyone tried this?

As far as I know it’s only possible if you don’t use DEVONthink’s (contextual) menu to add to the reading list. Instead you would have to use a script that adds to the reading list and creates a task.
