Hi everyone! I’d like to create a smart folder built upon two requests: first, gather all notes created today in a specific database; second, gather all notes created today too but in another database, mentioned on the screenshot above with a tag “note permanente”. Do you know what I should do? Thanks for your help.
Welcome @dominiquerenauld
- Create a local smart group in each database.
- Add a database-specific tag to the notes in each database and use them as criteria in the smart group.

Thank you! And if I want to gather the sum of these two smart folders in one only folder, what do I have to do?
Define “gather”.
Actually move or copy them into a single group?
Or just display them, which is all a smart group does anyways.
Here is an example global smart rule:

I just reproduced your example and I suppose that “DB: File Types” is an example of tag that you suggested me to use as a data-base specific tag. OK, it works. Thank you for your support.
Yes, the `DB:File Types" tag was just an example. It could be whatever per-database tag that means something to you.
And you’re welcome
