Creating DT Databases via AppleScript

Good day, I posted on a different post that I have an Applescript that creates a directory structure, an Evernote note, and an OmniFocus project. As I am thinking about creating a DT database per project, I wanted to know if there is a way to create a DB via command line or via AppleScript.

create database v : Create a new DEVONthink Pro database.
create database text : POSIX file path of database.
