Database created on ipad will not sync with DT3

I recently created a database in DTTG on my iPad. My databases sync through iCloud. The database appears on my Mac, but it’s empty. It’s been like that for a few days. I’ve closed and restarted, forced sync, and done everything I can think of, but it’s still empty.

Any tips to fix it?

Did you create a database with the same name in DEVONthink ?

No. I just synced the same one in the preferences menu. It’s just blank though.

  • Is there anything reported in DEVONthink’s Window > Log?
  • Is there a triangle on the sync icon in DEVONthink To Go’s bottom toolbar? If so, touch it and tell me what it reports.

Hi. There is nothing reported on the log, and no triangle on DTTG.
