Database synchronization issue – inbox

I add new files to the Inbox (by dragging them from Finder). In the next step, I synchronize with DTtG 3.8 on iPadOS, and the files disappear. When I add files to inbox on iPadOS, they also disappear after synchronization. I verified the database, checked its integrity, and restarted both applications and devices, reinstall DTtG.

It didn’t help.

Do you use a smart rule that is triggered before/after synchronizing?

Hi, the problem appeared yesterday, and I haven’t created any new smart rules for quite some time. In the DT4 settings, I only changed the tagging method.
