Forgive me if this is a stupid question…
DEVONthink opens all my Markdown files in Ulysses by default when opening externally. I want it to open them in another program.
How do I change the default program (in the way I would use CMD+I in finder)?

In Finder with CMD + I 
It may be necessary to restart DEVONthink afterwards.
Also Finder > Open With > Other
This gives you a panel to select the other application, and a checkbox to change the default
