Default Ruler Width

I am new to DevonThink, and as I implement it into my work flow I find I like to write various notes and pieces in the Rich text editor.

This is all great, but I find it is much easier for me to read a write this information in a spaced and organized fashion. I found the ruler and created my margins, but realized these do not save to the next rich text. Sadly this is not practical every time a random idea needs to be written down.

If there was a way the style menu could have defaults for the ruler and not just text that would be great.

I am using 2.0 beta by the way.

You’re right, there’s no global preference for a default ruler yet. However, you could export a document as a template after adapting the style & ruler.
