I would love to find a way when doing regurlarly research to look for things in a certain period of time. For instance “the last seven days”… I can imagine that there is ways of doing this but I can’t find them when defining a search set.

You can’t do that retrospectively, because most Web pages don’t supply enough information.
But you can set up a search, then schedule it to repeat the search for new pages that meet the query criteria since the last search. That’s powerful.
