A novice question. Prior to installing 3.0, I am “cleaning” my version 2 dbs. Can I delete large, exclusively indexed, dbs without danger.
Deleting the databases (e.g. via File > Delete Database… or the contextual menu of the sidebar) doesn’t delete any indexed items. However, why exactly do you want to clean the old databases?
Thank you for your helpful reply. The dbs in question were established for projects now completed or abandoned. Am trying to reduce potential complications in making the transition to 3.0.
You could also archive the old databases and just create new ones.
