I have somehow ended up with a two empty folders (groups) in the trash as a sub item of the global inbox trash.
I can’t seem to delete them. If I empty the trash they remain.
Any way of force emptying the trash?
Perhaps you have a locked group or document? When you empty the trash you should be prompted to “Remove All Items” or “Remove Unlocked Items”. The first option will delete locked items.
I don’t see these options when deleting trash…
I just see a message box"Are you sure you want to remove the items in the Trash permanently? You cannot undo this action.". Then click ok
If you don’t see the message you don’t have a locked folder. Try verify and repair.
No that didn’t work either…
I have fixed the problem though…
I unistalled the application and reinstalled it…
Seems to be ok now.
