Hi. The download for the update (DEVONAGENT PRO 3.8.2) is painfully slow and eventually fails every time I try. My Internet connection is good and stable, so I am wondering if we could speed up the download somehow. Thanks!
All downloads are provided by Amazon S3 and should usually be very fast. Does it still fail?
Hi. Thanks for responding. I don’t know what was happening yesterday. Lots and lots of failures. This morning, I had it downloaded, installed, and running within one minute. Perhaps it was just a freak thunderstorm somewhere in the cloud. Glad to know you are using Amazon, though, because they seem pretty reliable with downloads for other software.
