DEVONsphere Express License

Long ago, I bought DEVONsphere Express through the App Store (I still have the e-mail receipt). A month ago, I formatted and reinstalled my Mac Pro. Unfortunately, the App Store shows DEVONsphere Express as a $10 download; it has no record of my having paid for it outside of the receipt. Downloading directly from here, of course, works for 150 hours but I have no license.

Is this something I take up with the App Store?

If you’re still using the same Apple ID, then you should be able to download DEVONsphere Express again from the App Store.

I have it sorted. Somehow DEVONsphere got put into the ‘hidden’ category for downloaded apps.
