I found out that this operation would create a series of duplicate files in my database.
Did you use File > Update Indexed Items…? And the duplicates don’t exist in the Finder?
Like this (It’s not preview in duplicates folder), but I rebuilt my database, the problem is fine. If I encounter the same problem next time, I will provide clearer details, thank you.
The filename seems to be identical but maybe the extension was different? It’s hard to tell without a screenshot of both the indexed group in DEVONthink and of the folder in the Finder.
