I get that and I prefer using DEVON for its powerhouse features and using something else on iOS (like Apple Notes or Craft) until DTTG gets there. Just saying that you guys can probably do it too (like the Keep It dev did) if priorities for DTTG are adjusted compared to what they seemingly have been the last few years. But I’m not the first person to say this, I’ve been reading this criticism the last 4 years or so every time DEVON was reviewed anywhere (Macstories for instance).
Don’t get me wrong, DTTG 3 is pretty great, but has the most room for improvent still.
Maybe you could actually ask the Steve Harris from Keep It if he uses a framework or developed it all by himself?
