If I have a pdf in the “global inbox” artificial intelligence does not show me the groups in other databases, which are suggested to move this file to.
I have to move it first to the inbox of the according database, so that AI / relevance shows me a group.
Is this normal behaviour? Can I change this in the settings? How does this integrate in your workflow?
