I anybody using DevonThink to archive or index SLACK projects?
You could download a channel using Slack’s export function (though they come down as a bunch of Javascript files…).
Slack also allows you to copy links to a specific message within a Slack channel. You could paste this as a bookmark, for example, in DEVONthink.
Since most of Slack’s content is fetched from a server, I don’t think there’s a straightforward way to “index” Slack. Slack’s API is freely available and rather robust. Presumably you might be able to punt a channel to an RSS feed and add the feed to DEVONthink, but that would take a bit of programming savvy.
Could you explain what it is you are hoping to accomplish?
